To see if the Town will vote to study how to implement an Affordable Housing Overlay District; or take any action related thereto.

Report Excerpt:
The Select Board is grateful to the proponents of this article for bringing the concept of an Affordable Housing Overlay District to the forefront, and providing several examples and models for both the Board and the public’s review. The Board recommends no action not because it does not find the proposal compelling, but because the process of updating the Housing Production Plan later this year is the ideal vehicle for pursuing development of Affordable Housing Overlay District proposals.
