Summary:To see if the Town will vote to appropriate, borrow, or transfer from available funds, an amount of money to be expended under the direction of the Town Manager and/or the Arlington High School Building Committee to demolish, design, construct or re-construct and originally equip Arlington High School located at 869 Massachusetts Avenue, Arlington, MA, for which the Town may be eligible for a grant from the Massachusetts School Building Authority; or take any action related thereto. The MSBA’s grant program is a non-entitlement, discretionary program based on need, as determined by the MSBA, and any costs the Town incurs in connection with the design, demolition, construction, re-construction, or equipping of the High School in excess of any grant approved by and received from the MSBA shall be the sole responsibility of the Town.
