This Notice of Intent (NOI) has not yet been presented to the Conservation Commission, and this meeting is the first opportunity for public comment. It is likely that the public comment period for this NOI will be continued to the Commission’s 4/16/2020 meeting. It is strongly encouraged that members of the public submit written comment for this NOI to the Conservation Agent in advance of the hearing, by emailing Emily Sullivan at esullivan@town.arlington.ma.us. Hearing Summary:

This project proposes building an elevated addition in the backyard and an entranceway in the front yard. The back addition and front addition are both within the 100-ft Wetland Buffer and 200-ft Riverfront Area. No work is proposed within the floodplain. The project also proposes replacing an existing bituminous concrete walkway and driveway with pervious pavers.
