Enforcement  Summary:

In August 2019, the Commission became aware that Park and Recreation owned land, adjacent to 39 Wellington Street and abutting Spy Pond had been clear-cut of vegetation. This work was not approved by the Park and Recreation Commission or the Conservation Commission. During the 07/09/2020 meeting, the Commission will review a revised proposed replanting plan for the area.
