Chapter 40A § 11, and the Town of Arlington Zoning Bylaw Section 3.4, Environmental Design Review, in order to review compliance with special condition 5 of the Special Permit Decision, dated April 13, 2009, and in order to hear from the property owner regarding such compliance. Special condition 5 of the Special Permit Decision refers to the future redevelopment of the Atwood House at 851 Mass Ave.

The applicant, Andy Liam, Taipei-Tokyo, at 434 Massachusetts Avenue, seeks approval of signage that is already installed. The opening of the Special Permit is to allow the Board to review and approve the signage under Section 6.2, Signs.
