Chapter 40B, Sections 20-23 and the regulations promulgated thereunder, 760 CMR 56.00 et seq, for the construction of a one hundred and thirty (130) dwelling unit development at 1165 R Massachusetts Avenue, a 2.0+/- acre parcel.
