- Motion and vote to meet in executive session pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws chapter 30A section 21(a) for purpose (3) to discuss strategy with respect to litigation, specifically, (i) litigation associated with the dissolution of EDCO, and (ii) litigation associated with the dismissal of an employee, because an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigation positions of the Committee
- Discussion of strategy with respect to litigation associated with the dissolution of EDCO
- Discussion of strategy with respect to litigation associated with the dismissal of an employee
- To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with union and/or nonunion personnel or contract negotiations with union and/or nonunion, in which if held in an open meeting, may have a detrimental effect.
- To conduct strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation, in which if held in an open meeting, may have a detrimental effect. Collective bargaining may also be conducted.
