Notice is herewith given that an application has been filed on December 20, 2022 by 190 & 192-200 Massachusetts Ave, LLC, 455 Massachusetts Avenue, Suite 1, Arlington, MA, to reopen Special Permit Docket #3650 in accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A § 11, and the Town of Arlington Zoning Bylaw Section 3.4, Environmental Design Review. The applicant proposes to construct a mixed-use building containing retail and 30 residential units, including 5 affordable units, at 190 & 192-200 Massachusetts Avenue, Arlington, MA in the B3 Village Business District. The opening of the Special Permit is to allow the Board to review and approve the development under Section 3.4, Environmental Design Review.
• Applicant will be provided 10 minutes for an introductory presentation.
• DPCD staff will be provided 5 minutes for an overview of their updated Public Hearing Memorandum.
• Members of the public will be provided time to comment.
• Board members will discuss Docket and may vote
