This NOI was initially presented to the Conservation Commission at its 09/17/2020 meeting. This project proposes additional amenities in Wellington Park, including more native plantings, an extended pathway, a bioretention basin, additional signage and seating, and an informal exploration area. These additional amenities are located within the 100-ft Wetlands Buffer, Adjacent Upland Resource Area, and 200-ft Riverfront Area, and Floodplain of Mill Brook. |
