Notice is herewith given that an application has been filed on July 8, 2024, by Stephen Doherty, FTO Realty Trust, 109 Blanchard Road, Lawrence, MA 01843, to open Special Permit Docket #3810 in accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A § 11, and the Town of Arlington Zoning Bylaw Sections 3.3, Special Permits, and 3.4, Environmental Design Review. The applicant proposes to demolish the existing single-family building and construct a three-family building located at 149 Pleasant Street, Arlington, MA, in the R4 Residential Town House District. The applicant proposes to demolish the existing single-family and two-family buildings and construct a mixed-use building containing nine residential units and one commercial unit on the property located at 1513-1515 and 1517-1519 Massachusetts Ave, Arlington, MA, in the B1 Neighborhood Office District. The opening of the Docket is to allow the Board to review and approve the application under Section 3.4, Environmental Design Review.
